I acknowledge and accept that the trip I am booking is non-refundable. In the event that cancellation becomes necessary, I will promptly notify Writers in the Wild. If a waiting list exists, Writers in the Wild will endeavor to fill my reserved spot accordingly. However, should no waiting list be available, I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange a suitable replacement for my booking. In such a case, I will assume the responsibility of securing payment from the new guest to cover the cost of my reserved spot.
