  • Luxury Lodging
    Choose from a gorgeous master king suite with a sitting room, standard king, or standard queen.
  • Meals
    All meals are included, except the one evening we dine out.
  • Drinks
    Self-serve coffee, tea, and water available throughout the day. We will also have an assortment of soda and seltzer.
  • Guided Meditation
    Our certified meditation coach has developed engaging and unique meditation to help open your creative juices. Includes elements of yoga and movement.
  • Hiking Excursion
    Featuring miles of private trails and several vista points overlooking the surrounding mountains & valleys, you will be able to soak in picturesque views unique to the Estate at Fly Creek. Our picnic lunch will take place in a meadow overlooking the Catskills, and will be the perfect spot for guided meditation. Trails are well maintained and the difficulty level would be considered a moderate hike. The fresh air and tall trees will invigorate you and ground you in nature, allowing your creativity to be tapped into on a whole new level. For those who don't feel up to the hike, we will have an all-terrain vehicle available to drive you to the meadow for the lunch and views. No one has to miss this special excursion!
  • Cooperstown Excursion
    As part of our immersive writing retreat experience, we invite you to join us on an unforgettable excursion to the picturesque town of Cooperstown, NY. Nestled on the shores of a serene lake, this charming town offers a delightful blend of natural beauty and cultural allure. You'll have ample time to explore the town at your leisure. Wander through the quaint shops that line the streets, savor a cup of aromatic coffee at a cozy cafe, or unwind with a refreshing drink at a local bar. Don't forget to visit the used bookstore, a treasure trove of literary wonders, where shelves upon shelves of books reach up to the ceiling, beckoning you to discover hidden literary gems. Ending the evening, we'll gather for a memorable dinner at the Lake Front Restaurant, where you'll indulge in delectable cuisine while enjoying breathtaking views of the tranquil waters. [NOTE: dinner expense is not included] Rest assured, transportation will be provided in the form of a comfortable passenger van, ensuring your safety and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of Cooperstown.

  • Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend travel insurance. Forbes Magazine has listed many options at this link.
  • Airfare/travel expenses
    Your trip starts when you arrive at the retreat. You are responsible for the cost of getting yourself there.
  • Meal on Dinner Excursion
    In order to allow for guests who do not want to attend the dinner excursion, and to offer the most flexibility for meal choices, the cost of the dinner in Cooperstown will be the one meal cost you will incur.
